Coverage: Therapy sessions may be covered under private insurance. Check with your insurance company for therapy services with a Registered Social Worker.

University students: If you have student insurance therapy services with a Registered Social Worker is included.

FNIHB: If you have treaty status you are able to access counseling through FNIHB. Please contact me for more information.

In-office counseling

These session are offered in person and in office. In office sessions are available for people of all ages, families and parents.

We offer a wide-range of treatment modalities; please check the about us to find the therapist that would best be able to meet your needs.

Virtual Counseling

Counseling sessions can be provided via zoom or telephone for those who require due to social distancing efforts or those who are in a remote community. These sessions are available for people of all ages, families and parents.

Play Group

Do you have a child who is struggling with anxiety and needs help managing and understanding their experiences?? We offer a five-week program teaching children how to recognize their anxiety and understand it. The Play Group teaches emotion regulation skills, mindfulness skills, and tools to help them cope.

Parenting in High-Stress & High-Conflict

Are you a parent who is trying to navigate a high-conflict separation or divorce??? Changes in family dynamics are difficult and it is important for parents to take care of their mental health; if you need some extra support in your parenting, coping skills and strategies for your kiddos, we provide therapy and co-parenting sessions for parents and children navigating family changes, such as divorce and separation.
